How To Remove Surveys

Greetings, I downloaded recently Fitbit Connection and this came with some malware. There was a betting side and a survey attached on internet Explorer. I managed to remove the betting site but the survey is still on my laptop and pops up each time I open Internet Explorer. Norton Antivirus categorized the survey as a 'dangerous site' but was unable to remove it. I checked Control Panel, Programs, but was unable to find any traces or program related to the survey. The survey is is called Message from Website.

If you do not see the program in Control Panel that you think is responsible for the ads and popups or you cannot uninstall it using Revo, suggest move on to steps 2 and 3 (scan with AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes Free).
