I had a Founders Bank account which merged with Vista Bank beginning in July and suppose to be finished early September. First I just randomly received a new debit card, no note why I was receiving it. So I called and activated it and then tried to use it. I called and was told that I had to use my old card. Good thing I did not destroy it. Then I was told that the old debit card would no longer work after a date in September, so I used the new debit card and it did work.

But then I tried to get money out at an ATM, however my pin did not work. I called and was told that I should have received a pin by now. I didn't receive my pin until a week later. Now I am being told that my high interest account (around 3%) is being converted to a tiny interest account (I can't find the interest rate) with a $10 monthly charge unless I keep $1500+ in my account, which I don't because I put anything extra in investments or savings. Now when I try to change my pin, the Edloe branch does not have that capability so I have to drive half way across town to change it. When I try to change my account to a basic account without a monthly charge I am told I have to change it in person only. Their online banking is an old system.

I am closing my account with them as soon as possible.
