Is the download page for the Win95 boot diskette image files in img format. Just change the extention to ima and see if that works. There is a 94a and a 95b file. Edit: I just made a bootable iso file of a Windows 95 CD and the above img file.

It booted as a floppy drive and I changed the drive letter to the CD drive at the prompt and started the Windows 95 setup. If the above does not work. I can give you the steps to create a bootable Windows 95 disk which should work.

No need for a physical floppy disk as you use a.img boot disk within dosbox. Here is a complete video on how to get a win95.img file to boot in dosbox.
